AIM-Progress is pleased to announce the publication of its latest update on the global landscape of CSR and Human Rights related legislation, which is established in partnership with legal firm Ropes & Grey.
This third update includes a number of legislative pieces where new developments have happened, including the US, Europe (Norway, UK, France, Switzerland), Australia and India. In the last installment, Ropes & Gray noted the growing call for mandatory human rights due diligence legislation in several jurisdictions in Europe and North America. Since that time, the momentum behind mandatory human rights due diligence has continued to build, and R&G have noted some of the more significant developments.
