New AIM-Progress overview of CSR and human rights due diligence legislation (in collaboration with Ropes & Gray)

AIM-Progress is pleased to announce the publication of its summer update on the global landscape of CSR and Human Rights related legislation, which is established in partnership with legal firm Ropes & Gray.

This installment represents a significant update, reflecting the dramatic increase in CSR-related legislation that has been proposed and adopted over the last several months. We are also addressing two additional areas of legislation not covered in prior installments: climate change and deforestation.

New developments cover the US (proposed U.S. Uyghur Forced Labor Disclosure Act, as well as California proposed legislation on climate change), Germany (due Diligence), Norway (Transparency Act), Belgium (Duty of Vigilance) and the UK (Environment Bill).
