AIM-Progress is pleased to announce the publication of its autumn/fall update on the global landscape of CSR and Human Rights related legislation, which is established in partnership with legal firm Ropes & Gray.
This fourth update includes a number of legislative pieces where new developments have happened, including the US, Canada and Europe, and where updates were made (UK, Australia, France, etc.). Ropes & Gray are also highlighting trends they believe with impact CSR compliance and disclosure in the near future, with a lot of momentum for human rights due diligence legislation across many countries in Europe (where an EU law is expected mid-2021), as well as increasing demands from investors for integrating human rights issues into companies' investments decisions and reporting.
