We are pleased to report that this year's AIM-Progress Annual benchmarking survey results show that:

• AIM-Progress members are increasing budget and headcount for responsible sourcing, even in times of crisis.
• Investor and consumer expectations, existing and emerging legislation on due diligence and brands’ rapidly evolving sustainability strategies have led to an increase in supply chain scrutiny by AIM-Progress members, with more recourse to supplier assessment and worker voice tools. 
• Recognising that resilient supply chains depend on a stable work force, more companies are looking at Living Wage/Income as an enabler to lifting communities out of poverty.

Every year AIM-Progress undertakes a member survey to find out what companies are doing to drive respect for human rights and the environment in their supply chains. The survey builds on a key AIM-Progress deliverable – the Responsible Sourcing Journey (RSJ) – our blueprint for how companies should implement responsible sourcing programmes. The RSJ has undergone a major overhaul and is now fully aligned with the UNGPs and the OECD guidelines on business & human rights, forging ever closer links between respect for human rights and responsible sourcing.
