Short meeting summary:
- We’re going to focus our piloting efforts on collective supplier capability building initiatives plus/including the Ganapati Phase 2.
- Over the next 2 meetings we will further refine our scope of work, develop then review the theory of change and metrics for the pilot, and agree the hypotheses we want to test.
- We had general agreement on the idea of making the impact metrics publicly available so long as members can review the framing of any public comms on the topic.
- We’re going to do additional crosschecks of the impact metrics with a few more frameworks incl. the German SC Act, the CSDDD and WBA’s CHRB, noting the Omnibus may change things!
- We will aim to include space for member updates on their progress implementing the metrics in our framework in each meeting and would encourage those of you actively working on this (no matter how small your work is) to share during these sessions.
- Measuring the impact of the RSJ was proposed – please leave that with us and we will revert on the next call.
