What is the actual impact of AIM-PROGRESS related activities on people’s lives? This question is being addressed through our Impact measurement project, which AIM-PROGRESS is undertaking in collaboration with Sedex and Impactt Ltd.
16 KPIs have been identified which will enable to gauge in how far workers feel respected and safe at the work place, and whether they have progression and income security. Potential data sources and survey methodologies are currently being piloted by Mars, Kellogg and AB-Inbev. These include use of audits, worker surveys and worker voice technology, on which AIM-PROGRESS is collaborating with Ulula & Wider, as well as GWS.
AIM-PROGRESS will be part of a panel on social impact at the 7-8 June Ethical Corporation Responsible Business Summit.
