Against the background of increasing human rights focused corporate responsibility legislation emerging around the world, directly affecting companies' responsible sourcing programmes, AIM-PROGRESS contracted the law firm Ropes & Gray, who have a leading ESG, CSR and supply chain compliance practice, to undertake regular reviews of the legal landscape. We are pleased to announce the release of the second edition of an overview of the current CSR-related legal landscape, with focus on disclosure, due diligence, remediation and trade. This update includes new information on various pieces of legislation, as well as a summary chart for the purpose of comparison.
