Overview

The Leadership Group for Responsible Recruitment is a company-led collective advocacy platform harnessing the leverage of major international brands to promote responsible recruitment practices amongst business, the recruitment industry, and government.

The LGRR is a very focused initiative with objectives based on clear and a specific set of principles:

  • eradicate worker fees within next decade
  • combat exploitation, forced labour and trafficking of migrant workers in global supply chain
  • ensure that no worker has to pay for their job and no fees are charged to migrant workers.

  • Convene & coordinate members via webinars and in-person meetings

  • Sharing knowledge & building capacity

  • Global Forum for Responsible Recruitment (annual)

  • Provide resources, tools, and information through the Responsible Recruitment Gateway
