As CSR continues to find itself higher up the agenda of corporate strategy our members’ commitment to responsible sourcing is on an upward trajectory. Three strategic drivers are now guiding the work of AIM-PROGRESS:
1) Member capability development – ensuring members are competent to deliver a robust responsible sourcing program;
2) Effectively assuring compliance – addressing and remediating non-compliances in the supply chain;
3) Going beyond compliance – positively impacting the lives of workers in our supply chains.
These three strategic drivers will help focus the many activities of AIM-PROGRESS in the years to come.
