Mutual recognition of ethical/social audits remains one of the AIM-PROGRESS key priorities. We are encouraged to see how our shared audited supplier list has grown from year to year, starting with 4000 in 2010 and now reaching 21,000 in 2018.
Given the commonality of our members' supply chains, this is a huge opportunity to save on costs, efforts and resources.
AIM-PROGRESS is currently investigating with the help of a third party which other responsible sourcing/ supplier assessment tools can be mutually recognised, thereby driving the convergence of brand requirements in the FMCG supply chain.
