Agenda focus: supplier capability pilot planning

Agenda

1. We will give a brief update on the impact metrics (quality upgrade/Omnibus + public version)
2. Discuss + agree supplier capability building Theory of Change and associated metrics for a pilot IMWG project
3. Create hypotheses that we want to test for the project
4. “Impact in 5”: I’m taking volunteers for a member to share something about their impact measurement approach/challenges/progress – we’ll do this every IMWG call! 😊
