Member Clinic: Strategies for Supplier Engagement ​

Member clinics are back! Join us for an informal, member-led session with is supposed to foster exchange and dialogue.

The goal of this session is to exchange approaches on supplier engagement for capability building and remediation. In the member webinar on 7th April, Nestlé and Peterson Solutions will discuss approaches to engaging with suppliers on persistent non-compliances like excessive overtime. In this member clinic, we will reflect on the discussion in the webinar on and hear about other members’ strategies. ​
