The document is meant purely as guidance on best practice, and it is for members to determine how they wish to use/incorporate it into their supplier codes. The guidance is aligned with the UN Global Compact Principles, the UK Bribery Act, as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). AIM-PROGRESS worked with i2A, a consultancy, specialising in reducing reputational and operational risk, to deliver this project. The document is internal to AIM-PROGRESS members.
