We are excited to announce the launch of AIM-Progress Supplier Capability Building Programme in Thailand, in collaboration with Quizrr and the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
This programme will run from September 2024 to March 2025. It aims to equip suppliers with essential knowledge and tools for implementing human rights due diligence (HRDD), understanding responsible recruitment and grievance management in Thailand.
This Supplier Capability Building Programme is kindly sponsored by Unilever, Nestle and Mars.
The training will include a blend of virtual and one in-person event (14 November 2024 in Sukosol Hotel Bangkok, Thailand), featuring guest speakers from government, the private sector and civil society and brand-supplier networking opportunities. All training sessions and materials will be in Thai to ensure clarity and engagement.
What will suppliers get out of it?
- Deeper understanding on the concept, business case, and implementation of HRDD
- Increased awareness of forced labor trade bans and its impacts on suppliers
- Hear practical examples, best practices and lessons learned on HRDD, grievance and responsible recruitment to inspire learning and action
Who should participate in the training program?
