Join us for an insightful and constructive panel discussion on the practicalities and responses to excessive working hours and social insurance registration in China.

This 75-minute session, facilitated by Enka Li, Regional Manager for Social and Human Rights for Reckitt, and Priscilla Zhu, Ethical Sourcing Manager at Twinings Ovaltine, will feature on-the-ground expert insights from Ms. April Yu (Senior Manager, Program Monitoring and Development, ESCP) and Ms. Zhang Linghui (Founder and chief trainer of Timeline Consultancy).

This session is designed for China-based AIM-Progress members and their suppliers. It will provide participants with valuable insights from organisations deeply engaged with Chinese supply chain businesses working to understand and address challenges faced by workers and their employers. Panellists will present case studies and best practices from their extensive experience focusing on excessive working hours and social insurance registration among workers in China. Participants will leave with a richer understanding of these challenges, and crucially, good practices to adapt and apply within their supply chains in China.
