Member Capability Building is a key factor to progress responsible sourcing programs throughout the FMCG sector and it is one of the three AIM-PROGRESS strategy drivers. A responsible sourcing maturity continuum was presented to the membership at the New York meeting in November which describes the development path in five steps from “just beginning” to “mature”. For each of these steps various supporting resources are being made available for AIM-PROGRESS members to help them on their journey to become a leading actor of responsible sourcing.
