AIM-Progress is pleased to kick off 2024 with some exciting news about membership growth. Over the last months, we’ve been joined by two prominent new member companies from the branded fast-moving consumer goods sector: Essity and KraftHeinz. Welcome to our initiative!
As for all our members, we will be delighted to support them to:
- Step up convergence of human rights due diligence as part of their responsible sourcing programmes,
- Further develop their risk management approach and support the mitigation and remediation of human rights risks
- Partner with peer brands and suppliers on tools, guidance and projects
- Strengthen their suppliers’ human rights due diligence capability
- Better understand the impact of purchasing practices on suppliers.
“We are excited to team up with the other AIM-Progress members to collaborate and drive actions related to critical human rights risks in our upstream supply chain. In light of increasing legislative demands for human rights due diligence we see collaboration with other FMCG peers as essential to secure compliance and to drive positive impact.”
AIM-Progress is open to companies from the FMCG supply chain who are committed to human rights and seek to imbed these in their responsible sourcing approaches. For questions please contact us.
