The AIM-Progress road transport project group seeks to converge on the assessment of carriers and drivers’ working conditions and on remediation of non-conformances. The current focus is on the EU where there are numerous instances of non-conformances with the EU mobility package due to the structure of the carrier industry. The objective of the project is to ensure existing legislation is respected, including human rights due diligence obligations.
